Intake sessions rates are $240.

Rates may vary based on location (Minnesota/Iowa)

Complimentary Consultations

I also offer a 15 minute phone consultation for new clients to answer questions you might have and to allow you to see if I am a good fit for you. 

Payment Methods

Credit cards are accepted as payment. I am considered “out-of-network” with many insurance providers. 

In Minnesota, I am in-network with:

• Health Partners / HP PMAP

• Blue Cross Blue Shield (of Minnesota)/ Blue Plus

• Optum (Not Medicare Advantage or Medicaid Plans)

  • UMR​

  • United Healthcare

  • Medica

• Aetna / First Health

In Iowa, contact Anchor Family Health Services for questions regarding insurance coverage and rates.

It may be possible for you to receive out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance carrier and/or to pay by private pay (inquire about available rate).

FSA or HSA
Many of my clients pay for their sessions through their FSA or HSA (Flexible Spending Accounts or Health Savings Accounts).  This is an excellent way to pay for services.

Cancellations for Minnesota Clients
I ask for a 24-hour notification of cancellation in advance of your scheduled appointment. You will be required to pay a $75 fee if you do not notify me at least 24 hours before canceling.
